Hassett Willis provides Organizational Strategy, Analytics and Program Management services to federal agencies wrestling with major questions impacting their missions. Because of the rapidly changing business climate, Hassett Willis develops close partnerships with its clients to meet tough challenges. In 2010, their original website was a static HTML site devoid of a strong visual brand identity for the firm. Updates had to be made by a designated staff member familiar with HTML and styles. Acting as the project manager, UX designer, and HTML/CSS developer, I worked closely with a programmer to create a site that could be managed through a Content Management System. This allowed Hassett Willis staff to add news items, update their core service descriptions, and make regular edits to their site as content changed. To strengthen their identity, our team art directed and collaborated with a well-respected Washington, DC photographer to provide original photographs of the staff within their workspace.
